Each client signs in to a private portal for their own account: their plan, invoices, website status, search and advertising results, and support requests. A client only ever sees their own business.

Our staff see the accounts they manage, each account's health, and alerts when something needs attention, such as a website outage or a sudden drop in traffic.
Reporting from Google
With authorization, Portal Array reads Google Analytics and Google Search Console reports for the websites we manage, so clients and their account managers can follow visits, conversions and search performance over time.
How Portal Array uses Google data
- Read-only. Portal Array reads report data from Google Analytics and Google Search Console. It never changes settings or data in those Google products.
- Only authorized properties. It reads data only for the websites our clients have given us access to, through an agency team member who signs in with Google and grants permission.
- Only for the client's own reporting. A website's data is shown to that client and to the agency staff who manage their account. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with anyone else.
- Limited Use. Portal Array's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who can sign in
Portal Array is not open for public sign-up. Accounts are created by our team for our clients and staff. If you're a client and need access, contact your account manager or email [email protected].
